The Master Chef is an award-winning chef specializing in Szechwan cuisine who has cooked for restaurants in the American southeast. He was born in Hubei Province and trained in China. He moved to the United States to work as the chef.
This is authentic Chinese food. A Chinese man we met coming into the restaurant was bringing his family and he told us that this is the only place for real Chinese food. No truer words were spoken. The best we've had since we were in China. We will be back.
Probably the best Chinese restaurant in the southeast U.S. The steamed whole fish is my favorite dish of all. Their spicy beef is also highly recommended.
Quick service, great portions, good value, very clean, authentic Chinese, impressive decor. We had the walnut honey shrimp, which was sweet, light, creamy, and flavorful -- an excellent dish.
